– honored veteran of the CIA and known expert on counter-terrorism in the Middle East and South Asia. Grenier is the author of the autobiographical book “88 DAYS TO KANDAHAR”. Our task was to create a conservative and at the same time beautiful, strict and convenient author’s website which would inform visitors with his work “88 DAYS TO KANDAHAR” and allowed to become better acquainted with its author.

What We Did

The target audience of Mr. Grenier is a mature and serious people who are related to politics, military and US history. Therefore, the design was developed to meet the needs of this segment of users. We also used the Responsive Design technology for ease of use of the site via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Directly it was decided to use WordPress as a CMS for the website. In our opinion WordPress is an ideal solution for the creation of copyright sites and blogs. Using a combination of HTML5 / CSS3, JS and PHP, we made the website a smooth, easy to use and as fast as possible in the work. Thus, we created it the most pleasant to use. For convenience, SEO site optimization, we used a SEO Yoast plug-in, it’s easy to use and gives you the ability to customize all the most basic items in SEO, increasing the marketing efficiency of the website.

Using all of the above solutions, we meet the needs of both sides, as author and users. They had an opportunity to learn about the biography of the author, book, watch an interview with his participation and be aware of all the upcoming meetings. Mr. Grenier, in turn, increased the sales of his book and was able to tell the world about himself. In general, everyone is happy, so we happy too!
